Budget Planning
Start planning your budget for the rebuild. This includes not just the construction costs, but also the costs for temporary accommodation, storage, and any new furniture or appliances you'll need for the new home. Having a clear financial plan will help you avoid any surprises down the line.
Obtain DA Approval
Did you know that DA approval can last for two years? Even after this period, you might be able to request an extension. Given the frequent changes in planning fees and regulations, it might be beneficial to secure your approval now.
Research Building Materials
